Clem RockZ was founded on March 20th, 2020, by frontman Clem De Fabrique in Orlando, Florida. Clem’s passion for music was ignited in 2013 with the release of Alter Bridge’s Fortress. The album left a lasting impression on Clem and continues to hold a special place in his heart. But what made it even more personal was his connection to Mark Tremonti, who wasn’t just a musical hero, but a friend. Mark would teach Clem riffs, techniques, and opened the door to how songs really come together and the creative process, something that made a lasting impact.

 

Before Clem RockZ, Clem was no stranger to the stage. He spent years performing in various cover bands and projects, sharpening his sound and presence. But when the world shut down in 2020 during the pandemic, something opened up inside him. With time to reflect, write, and dig deeper than ever before, Clem began crafting songs that told his own story.

That’s when it happened — “Quantum of Solace” was born. The very first original track that set the tone for what would become Clem RockZ — a powerful blend of rock, lyrical emotion, and pure energy.

What started as a solo project quickly evolved into a full-blown band, fueled by a shared love for honest rock music and unfiltered expression. Today, Clem Rockz Band continues to carve out its space with anthems that hit hard and a presence that refuses to be ignored.

Clem relocated a few times during the pandemic years, and each move brought a new wave of inspiration that helped shape the album. He spent a few years in Miami, Florida, where he finished writing the remainder of the record and released his first single, “STARBLIND”. Once the songs were complete, Clem hit the studio and not just any studio. He recorded the album at the legendary Silvercord Studios in New York City, home to metal icons Gojira. The record was then mixed, mastered, and produced by Shawn Zuzek in Los Angeles, bringing the vision to life with razor-sharp clarity and depth.

After wrapping production, Clem moved to Denver, Colorado, where he assembled the ultimate lineup for Clem RockZ, a group of musicians who not only matched his passion, but elevated the sound to a whole new level.

After many years of hardwork and dedication, Clem RockZ released its long-awaited debut album BORN TO ROCKZ on May 30th 2025, and it’s been making waves ever since. The album is growing at an incredible rate, reaching new fans around the world. At its core, it’s music that brings people together — no filters, no boundaries, just pure connection through sound. That’s what Clem RockZ is all about.
